Shipping: Richard Rose Culinary will ship our products to you via USPS or FedEx. Our standard method of shipping is ground but more expedited shipping is also available. Please note that some products you are ordering are being made custom for you and there is normally a 6-8 week turnaround to finish your handcrafted item. Please consult with us if you have a "have to have it by date" and we will do all we can to accommodate you.
Richard Rose Culinary prepares a shipment based upon the item to be shipped. We protect the fine hand made products with foam wrap, bubble wrap and double box to prevent shipping damage. Shipping damage does occassionally occur. Richard Rose Culinary insures each package and will work with the carrier to "make good" on the claim. Should your order get damaged here is how you handle the situation:
Visible Damage:
1. If the box is noticably damaged and the carrier dropping off is on-site, make sure you get them to document the damage.
2. Take pictures of the outside of the box.
3. Ask for a copy of his report.
Concealed Damage:
1. Take pictures of the entire box. Inside and outside.
2. Keep all packing material
3. Take pictures of the damaged product. The damage may equate to a damaged corner of the box...
4. Immediately contact Richard Rose Culinary

5. You will be instructed for the next step to return the damaged product.
6. Again, do not destroy the box or packing material.
Based upon the damage, it is the sole responsibility of Richard Rose Culinary to either fix the damage or replace the shipping damaged product as expeditiously as possible.
